Vegan burgers and more

Our chef Marco von Arx is proud of his vegan burger, because it delights vegans and non-vegans alike. The vegan brioche bun with Beyond Meat patty, baby lettuce, tomatoes, braised onions and avocado on a light chimichurri sauce leaves no taste desires unfulfilled. Served with french fries, sweet potatoes or truffle fries with barbecue sauce.

Seasonal vegetarian dishes

While our vegan burger is fixed on the menu, our vegetarian menu changes with the seasons. Let yourself be surprised, but be sure that there will be something for your taste.

For fish lovers, there is also always a fish dish on our menu.
