First-class food and the best possible results – that is the philosophy of our young and modern steakhouse Ignis Grill & Wine on the first floor of the tallest building in Brugg, the Centurion Tower in Windisch-Brugg. The kitchen crew under the direction of young chef Marco von Arx attaches great importance to regional products and will spoil you with high-quality meat creations together with an exquisite selection of over 70 wines. The open-plan pub has a divisible room and seating for around 80. A large window front also offers guests a clear view of the kitchen – so feel free to watch us cook!

Our head chef Fabian describes himself with the following keywords: passion for fire in the kitchen, unconventional and with a modern and dynamic management style in a young kitchen team. Fabian has been working in gastronomy since 2015 and has experience in both system gastronomy and the à la carte sector. Fabian loves and lives his profession, gives free rein to his creativity in the Ignis kitchen and finds fulfillment when his dishes trigger emotions and memories in his guests.
